SOCSTC's Day Treatment Program is an intensive 5 day a week program for children ages 6 through 12. These are children with severe emotional and behaviorial problems who are unable to maintain in public school and have not made sufficent progress using outpatient therapy. The program is located in Ashland, Oregon and limits referrals to Jackson County.

Approach
The Day Treatment Program provides a community-based alternative to
residential treatment, combining intensive mental health treatment, special
education, and family therapy occurring without separation from the family.
Treatment planning is highly individualized, building on each child's and
family's strengths.
Services
Provided
The program integrates several treatment modalities to meet the individual
needs of each child and family. These include:
SOCSTC facilitates the child's/family's transition back to their home school and community by providing after-care services for up to three months after they complete the program.
